Eligibility: M.E. Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering & Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. The minimum CGPA should be 3.00 or first division in Master Degree for admission into Ph.D. Subject GRE (International) 50% Percentile score or 50% cumulative score in NTS GRE (Subjective).

Duration: 3 to 4 years (Full Time), 5 to 6 years (Part Time).

Ph.D Scholarships from Endowment Fund

Upto 06 Scholarships of Rs. 18,000/- p.m. each for outstanding & meritorious candidates shall be available under the endowment for higher education & R & D for IT & Telecom Sector Scheme. It provides excellent opportunity to do research work in Technological Developed Countries in Europe upto 12 months under Split/Sandwich program. Selected candidates have to execute surety bond as per approved Endowment Scheme.

However, on completion of 1½ year course work, candidates would be awarded Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) and on successful completion of research project, candidates would be awarded Master’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering
