Alumni Association announces Election Schedule

The elections of office bearers and the members of Executive Committee of Mehran University ALUMNI Association, Jamshoro, to be held on December 28, 2013 under the supervision of Mr. Zafarullah Pathan at the main Auditorium, MUET, at 4 pm. According to an announcement, the candidates can obtain the nomination forms from December 2, 2013 to December 9, 2013 and forms can be submitted from December 10 to December 16, 2013. The scrutiny of the nomination forms will be carried out on December 17 and December 18, 2013 while the list of contesting candidates will be displayed on December 19, 2013. The candidates may withdraw their nomination forms up to December 23, 2013 and the same day, final list of the contesting candidates will be displayed. Thus, elections will be held on December 28, 2013 and the results will also be announced the same day. Forms can be obtained from Registrar Office, MUET Jamshoro or can be downloaded Online from MUET website.
Following the election results on December 28, a dinner and the musical event will be held at the venue. The Chief Guest of the occasion will be Mr.Hussain Haroon, the former Special Envoy to the United Nations.
