  1. B.E. in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering & Management, Textile, Chemical, Petroleum & Natural Gas, Environmental, Computer Systems, Software, Electronic, Telecommunication, Mining, Metallurgy & Materials, Bio-Medical Engineering.
  1. Candidates who have passed the HSC Part-II (Pre-Engineering) in Annual examination 2015 or prior upto Annual examination 2013 with at least B-Grade 60% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for admission, under Regular, Self Financing Scheme and Special Scheme.
  2. The candidates having HSC Part-II in (General Science) with atleast B-Grade 60% aggregate marks are only eligible for Computer Systems, Software, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering.

Admission Forms:

Admission Form and a copy of Prospectus can be obtained from 03-09-2015 to 15-09-2015 from designated branches of Habib Bank Limited on payment of Rs.3000/- each after getting registered with online system and obtaining registration number, the candidate has to provide all the required information/data to online system. The Admission Form alongwith the photostat copies of required documents must be submitted in the same branch of Bank or sent by mail under Registered Post to the undersigned from 03-09-2015 to 18-09-2015.

(No any admission form will be accepted without going through online registration system and getting valid registration number).

Pre-Admission Test:

  1. All eligible candidates shall be required to appear in the Pre-Admission Test at Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro on Sunday the 11th October, 2015 at 10.00 am.
  2. The candidates failing to appear in the Test will automatically stand disqualified for admission.
  3. Admit Slip for Pre-Admission Test will be sent under Courier service. The admit Slip (original) issued by the University should be produced by the candidate at the time of the test.
  1. If any candidate does not receive his/her Admit Slip, he/she may contact for the same to the undersigned from 05-10-2015 to 09-10-2015 during office hours. After 09-10-2015 duplicate admit slips shall not be issued at any circumstances.
  2. The candidates will be required to report at the Examination Centre for Test atleast one hour before the start of the pre-admission test.

Admission Schedule:

i)    The result of pre-admission test shall be announced in the daily newspapers/website on 15-10-2015.

ii)   Re-checking of test paper if desired by any candidate shall be considered upto 19-10-2015 for

       which he/she will pay Rs.1000/- as re-checking fee to the University.

iii)  Provisional merit list (called for interview) shall be displayed on website on 23-10-2015.

iv)  Interviews shall be conducted from 26-10-2015 to 31-10-2015 at the University.

v)   The Classes of this Batch will be start from Monday the 4th January, 2016.
