Outsourcing of MUET Transport Services & Maintenance

Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro intends to outsource its Transport services and maintenance on the following terms & conditions:-

• Tender forms (containing detailed terms, conditions and evaluation criteria) are available at Transport Section of The University and can be purchased on payment of Rs. 1,000 non-refundable tender fee upto 25-05-2011 10:00 am. The tenders will be received back upto 12:00 pm and opened at 12:30 pm on the same date i.e 25-05-2011 by the concerned Purchase Committee in presence of Bidders of their authorized representative who wish to present.
• The tenders should be submitted in two separate envelops i.e.
  • Technical Proposal
  • Financial Proposal
• The bidders should submit 2% earnest money of the bid amount or Rs. 500,00 (whichever is higher) in shape of call deposit in favor of Director Finance, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro.
• The bidders should submit Tax registration certificates and copy of N.I.C
• The bidder should have at least 05 years successful experience of same services of any university or large repute organization.
• The bidders should submit affidavit to the effect that the firm have not been black listed previously by any executing / procuring agency and all documents / particulars / information furnished are true & correct.
• The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.
