Sealed tender are inviting from the General order suppliers, Sole Distributors (who are tax payers of Government, Registered with Sales Tax office and are not on the Black List). The tender will be got published on the websites of MUET and SPPRA as the estimated cost of items is below Rs. 1 Million, for the purchase/supply of the Following items / materials.

The tenders will be issued up to 22nd October, 2012, and received back on 23rd October, 2012, till 11:30 am. The tenders will be opened on 23rd October, 2012 at 12.30 Noon in the presence of the suppliers or their authorised representative who so ever present. The 2% earnest money of the estimated cost in the shape of Call Deposit, or Pay Order in the name of Director Finance, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro must be attached with the tenders else the tender will be rejected. The Blank Tenders form along with the list of material showing full specification can be had from Purchase & Store Section by given application in the name of Director Finance, along with I.T & GST registration certificate copy, after the payment of Rs.1,000/- only through Bank Challan of HBL Mehran Booth, Jamshoro per tender set (Non Refundable) on any working day. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. The delivery of goods will be taken at Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro.

The Procuring agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provision of SPPRA Rules.
