The university has state of the art laboratories for use by the students, faculty and industry.  Mehran UET is committed to raise the research quality by employing PhD’s in conventional fields as well as in emerging areas of engineering, science, technology and social sciences. In this context, Mehran UET is fortunate to have wealth of resources of high quality faculty who produce research papers in high impact factor journals.

TEDx MUET – A Celebration of Ideas and Innovation

TEDx MUET is an independently organized TED event to create two things: a conference, and a community, where live Speakers and TED Talks (videos) combine to explore a range of new, important, and often little-heard ideas and perspectives.

On October 9, 2023, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, proudly hosted the 3rd edition of TEDxMUET, an event that proved to be an intellectual extravaganza, leaving attendees captivated and inspired.
