Department of Electronic Engineering organized 3rd Electronic Premier league (3rd EPL)

The Department of Electronic Engineering organized 3^rd Electronic Premier league (3^rd EPL) on 8th and 9th March 2023. The 3^rd EPL is a sports competition between the current batches of Electronic Engineering Department. The four games are included in 3^rd EPL i.e. cricket, badminton, table tennis, and chess.

The opening ceremony was held on 9th March 2023 at CC ground. The three other games (badminton, table tennis, and chess) were played at MUET Gymnasium. The competition was keenly contested, with each team putting their best efforts to win.

The winning teams of the four games were as follows:

Cricket: 20 ES (Sec-I)

Badminton (Boys): 21 ES (Sec-I)

Badminton (Girls): 20 ES (Sec-II)

Table Tennis (Girls): 21 ES-Sec-I (Tayyaba)

Chess (Boys): 21 ES-Sec-I (Aman)

Chess (Girls): 20 ES-Sec-I (Javeria)

The closing ceremony of the event was a grand affair, with the winners being felicitated and awarded their trophies. A concluding ceremony was held at the Department of Electronic Engineering on 10^th March 2023.

In conclusion, 3^rd EPL sports competition organized by the Departmental Event Management Committee of the ES Department was a huge success, with students displaying great sportsmanship and enthusiasm. The competition provided a platform for students to showcase their talents in various sports and promoted a healthy and competitive environment.
