The intending participants can purchase the tenders on payment of prescribed non-refundable tender fee for each category from the office mentioned against each up to 19-12-2011 at 10:00 AM. The tenders will be received back in above offices at 11:30 am and opened at 12:00 noon on same day i.e. 19–12-2011 by the authorized Purchase Committee in presence of Bidders or their authorized representative who wish to be present. Eligibility conditions for intending participants are given as under:
- The bidders should submit Income Tax/ Sales Tax registration certificates and copy of C.N.I.C.
- The bidders should submit 2% earnest money of the bid amount in shape of call deposit in favor of Director Finance, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro.
- The bidders should submit affidavit to the effect that the firm / contractor have not been black listed previously by any executing/ procuring agency. The bidders should submit affidavit to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true & correct.
- The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules.
