Seminar on "Career Opportunities for Electronic Engineers at Engro Corporations"

The Department of Electronic Engineering successfully hosted a seminar titled "Career Opportunities for Electronic Engineers at Engro Corporations" on 16th August 2023. The keynote speaker for the event was Engr. Jiya Abassi, who is serving as Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited. The event was graced by the presence of the respected Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Wajiha Shah, Chairperson of the Department of Electronic Engineering. The seminar was attended by the faculty members and final year students of the Electronic Engineering department. The seminar was organized by the Departmental Event Management Committee, of Electronics Engineering, MUET, Jamshoro. The seminar commenced with a recitation of the Holy Quran by Ms. Emaan, a student from the 19 ES batch. Prof. Dr. Wajiha Shah warmly welcomed all attendees in her opening speech, extending her heartfelt appreciation to Engr. Jiya Abassi for generously sharing her insights and expertise with our students.

The resource person’s presentation was centered around the pivotal theme of preparing students for their impending professional journey, particularly focusing on successful recruitment in industries.
